This trip does not go to the Phi Phi Islands, but it goes to others that are remarkable. No disappointment whatsoever. “We had a great day with our sweet tour guide Mimi. She knew lots and was so helpful by always taking photos of us so we could just enjoy the moment instead of worrying about dragging cameras around / into the water. The tiger cave temple was an insanely hard trek up thousands of stairs which we knew getting into it but we had no clue how difficult it would be. The monkeys are very aggressive and one jumped on me trying to take my water bottle. It was a little scary! Overall a good day and would recommend.”

“The sights themselves are in my opinion not really worth a whole day trip. The emerald and the other natural pools look nice and all, but the place is massively overcrowded with loud and obnoxious tourists. Same goes for the hot springs, which were especially underwhelming. The tiger cave temple has a nice view, but you have to decide for yourself if climbing 1260 steps up and down again in the humid heat for nearly 2 hours is worth it. Our guide was very friendly, but not much of a guide in the sense of providing interesting information or keeping the spirit up in the burning heat, but rather only…”

The people were friendly and you can buy hand made items. There's a school to donate to if you wish, they really would appreciate things as they don't have much cash flow. Chang Dao area is beautiful and the caves lovely. Saman is an excellent guide and a nice man. The driver was also excellent. A lovely and educational day out. Highly recommend”
